Whether you wish to direct your own care through the Consumer-Directed Services program and hire your OWN attendant (like a family member or friend) OR if you don't have a caregiver and need us to both schedule and send you one (through our In-Home program), we are here Monday through Friday to answer any questions you may have about both of the home care programs we offer! We also offer RN services - including weekly medication set-up, diabetic nail care, skin monitoring, and pre-filling insulin syringes - all performed by our LPN/RN staff! Who Qualifies for Home Care Services?
If you or a loved one are needing home care assistance (or are just exploring your options), let us help you find out if you qualify for FREE* home care! 96% of our 300+ clients are funded through Missouri Medicaid/MoHealthNet, which pays for the entire cost of services rendered - contingent on passing a needs-based health assessment that the MO Department of Health and Senior Services utilizes to determine an overall "Level of Care" score, hand-in-hand with your doctor(s) and/or specialists (where applicable). To apply for Medicaid/MoHealthNet, go to https://mydss.mo.gov/healthcare/apply - once you're approved for Medicaid, you can call The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services at 866-835-3505 (have your Medicaid ID # ready) and they will walk you through the initial application for home care services. Or, you can call US and we can submit a referral on your behalf. If you do NOT qualify for Medicaid, there are still a few home care options for you. Are you a veteran or the surviving spouse of a veteran who served at least 90 days on active duty, at least one day during wartime, with an honorable or general discharge? If so, you can call the VetAssist Home Care program at 1-888-314-6075 and find out how much home care per week you're eligible to receive!

If you do not qualify for the Medicaid and/or VetAssist programs, we also offer home care services at a rate of $32.56/hour for personal care and respite services. RN visits are offered at a rate of $60.99 per visit (this includes weekly med setup, diabetic nail care, B12 shot injection assistance, and skin monitoring).
