Youth Transition

For Ages 16 – 30

Our staff Transition Age Youth Employment Specialist maintains contact with area schools, colleges, vocational rehabilitation counselors, and other agencies to help young people with disabilities transition from home and school into the world of work and independence.

In addition to addressing career readiness, job search, job placement, job retention, and other support services, we offer expert Benefits Counseling with a Certified Community Work Incentives Coordinator (CWIC) who can teach you about your benefits and help you develop your plan to independence.
